Thirty days to change your mind. If something is wrong with your order, we fix it — and we pay for it.
The Short Version
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Email [email protected] with your order number and we will send instructions. Please do not post anything back before contacting us.
If the bag is unused and still in its original packaging, we will refund the full product price once it reaches us in resaleable condition.
You pay return postage on a change-of-mind return, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. We recommend a tracked service — until the parcel arrives with us, it is your responsibility.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is simply not what you ordered, that is on us. Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and choose a replacement or a full refund including all shipping.
You will never be asked to pay return postage on a faulty item, and in most cases we will not ask for it back at all.
For food-safety and hygiene reasons we cannot resell a bread bag that has held food. If a bag has been used, we can only accept it back if it is faulty.
Washed bags, and bags where the beeswax finish has been altered or re-waxed, cannot be returned as change-of-mind.
Wholesale and bulk orders are final sale — the terms are set out in your wholesale agreement.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we have processed it, expect 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.
We will email you when the refund is issued. If ten business days pass and you still cannot see it, tell us and we will chase it.
We only sell one product at the moment, so there is nothing to exchange it for. If something is wrong with your order, a replacement is the fastest route — just ask.
If your order has not shipped, we will cancel it and refund you in full, no questions asked. Just email us.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Canadian consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act in Quebec and the equivalent legislation in your province. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law wins.
